The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Context64.AI, you operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer reality.
Your mission is to ensure that our platform becomes operationally valuable inside customer environments by connecting systems, structuring context, and translating business challenges into executable AI solutions.
You will work closely with:
- Client stakeholders (technical and business)
- Our core platform engineers
- Product and architecture leadership
Your work directly determines whether our technology delivers measurable impact.
What You Will Do
1. Connect Product to Reality
You embed with clients (on-site when required) to understand:
- Their system landscape (ERP, PLM, CRM, data lakes, etc.)
- Their data structures and constraints
- Their operational bottlenecks
- Their AI ambitions
2. Design & Implement Integrations
You will:
- Integrate enterprise systems into our Context Layer
- Model entities, relationships, and business rules
- Define use cases and contextual views
- Configure graph-based access rules and governance logic
- Support data ingestion and transformation workflows
3. Build Use Cases That Matter
Our customers care about outcomes:
- Reduced engineering rework
- Improved decision transparency
- AI-driven process optimization
- Cross-system reasoning
4. Act as the Customer’s Technical Advocate Internally
You are the feedback loop between clients and our core team.
You will:
- Surface integration challenges early
- Suggest product improvements based on real usage
- Contribute to architectural decisions
- Ensure scalability and maintainability

Technical Background
You likely have experience in one or more of the following:
- Data engineering or backend development
- API integrations and system interoperability
- Knowledge graphs or structured data modeling
- Cloud infrastructure and deployment
- Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar modern languages
- SQL and working with relational databases
Experience with graph databases, enterprise system integration, or AI-enabled applications is a strong advantage but curiosity and learning velocity matter more.
